These Terms of Service govern your use of USTContractors.com ("the Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these terms.

About the Directory

USTContractors.com is an online directory of underground storage tank (UST) contractors. Listing data is sourced from publicly available records and contractor submissions. The directory is operated independently and is not affiliated with any state or federal regulatory agency.

Accuracy of Listings

We make reasonable efforts to keep listing information accurate and current by sourcing data from official state databases. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. License status, contact information, and company details may change between updates. Users should independently verify contractor credentials through the appropriate state regulatory agency before hiring.

Listing Claims and Upgrades

Contractors whose companies appear in the directory may claim and upgrade their listings by contacting us or using the Claim Your Listing process on the Site. Upgraded listings are subject to monthly subscription fees as described on our Pricing page. Subscription payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@ustcontractors.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Listing Removal

If you are a listed contractor and wish to have your free listing removed from the directory, contact us at info@ustcontractors.com. Removal requests will be processed within 10 business days. Removal of a free listing does not require a paid subscription.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce directory data in bulk for any commercial purpose without written permission. You may not use information obtained from the Site to send unsolicited marketing to listed contractors. Automated access to the Site, including bots, scrapers, and crawlers (other than search engine indexing), is prohibited without written permission.

Quote Requests

When you submit a quote request through the Site, your contact information and project details may be shared with contractors in your area. By submitting a quote request, you consent to being contacted by contractors regarding your project. USTContractors.com facilitates introductions only and is not a party to any agreement, transaction, or dispute between buyers and contractors.

No Endorsement

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any contractor. We do not evaluate the quality of work, financial stability, insurance coverage, or safety record of any listed company. Hiring decisions are solely the responsibility of the party hiring the contractor.

Limitation of Liability

USTContractors.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, reliance on listing information, or any transaction between buyers and contractors found through the directory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USTContractors.com, its operators, and Stonecreed Holding LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, any transaction with a contractor found through the Site, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
