Universal Applicators, Inc. is a Portland oil tank and environmental contractor that has worked in Oregon and Washington since 1985, now joined by the Goodman Brothers residential team. For homeowners it locates, cleans, removes, and fills heating oil tanks in place, installs replacement tanks and fuel lines, and investigates and cleans up contaminated soil. Commercial and marine customers get removal and installation of gasoline, diesel, and waste oil tanks, cathodic protection testing and repair, and tank coatings and linings. Most residential jobs are in the Portland and Vancouver metro area, while commercial projects have reached eastern Oregon, eastern Washington, northern California, and Idaho.
