Penn Environmental & Remediation, known as Penn E&R, is an environmental, engineering and construction consulting firm headquartered in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, with further offices in Hatfield and Mansfield. Founded in 1996, it takes underground and aboveground storage tank projects from start to finish: tank inspection and assessment, permits, removal and closure with its own crews, and the corrective action and remedial reports that follow. The firm also performs Phase I and II environmental assessments, soil, groundwater and vapor sampling, remediation design, asbestos services and ecological work. Its clients are mainly commercial and industrial, including property owners, manufacturers and oil and gas companies.
