Atlas Technical Consultants is a national testing, inspection, engineering and environmental firm with Massachusetts offices in Woburn, Avon and West Springfield. Its environmental group offers Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, subsurface investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, remediation system design and installation, and compliance and management services for aboveground and underground storage tanks.
